• Dental health information and photos you submit via consultation forms
• Photos you upload to our Virtual Smile Makeover tool and the AI-generated preview produced from them (see section 5)
• Technical & device data (IP address, approximate location estimated from your IP, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and time zone), the page that referred you, and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you used
• Communication records (WhatsApp messages, emails)
• Website usage data (cookies, analytics)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide dental consultations and treatment planning
• To communicate with you regarding your enquiry or treatment
• To arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics
• To improve our services and website experience

4. Data Protection

Your personal and medical data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.

5. Virtual Smile Makeover (AI Preview)

Our Virtual Smile Makeover lets you upload a photo and receive an AI-generated preview of a possible smile. If you use it:

• Your photo is transmitted to our AI provider, Google (Gemini API), to generate the preview. This may involve processing on servers outside the European Economic Area. Google states that inputs to its paid API are not used to train its models and are retained only transiently for abuse prevention.
• We store your uploaded photo, the generated preview, and the technical & location data listed in section 2 for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
• We use a third-party IP-geolocation provider (ipwho.is, based in the United States) to estimate your approximate city and country from your IP address, and retain that estimate so our team can follow up if you would like a consultation.
• Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you choose to use the tool) together with our legitimate interest in following up with people who express interest in treatment. You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time (see “Your Rights” below).

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
